Nov. 29 Mentoring Orientation Workshop
On Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008 Igniters attended a Mentoring Orientation Workshop. The session was conducted by Marvin (Mentoring Coordinator) and Nandini and Mona more experienced Igniters who strongly believe in the value of mentoring and are a part of the D42 Mentoring Team.This session was an opportunity to learn about the purpose, benefits, and building the B.E.S.T. Mentoring Relationships. Members shared ideas, asked questions and began planning goals for the future. A day of Igniting Spirits!
