The Table Topics and Humorous Speech contest was held at our latest home, West Hillhurst Community on Sept 26 /06.Nandini won by best answering the TT question: "Do You Think the World Should Have a Universal Language". Darlene Davies placed second. Sue speech, 'A Novel Idea' edged out Marvin, 'Happy Birthday' ditty to claim 1st in Humorous. The winners move on to Area 41 on Oct 10th at 3608-33St N.W. [Alberta Research Council]
